Sich thematisch in Gegnerschaft zu einer Gruppe/Szene aufgrund derer Standpunkte zu befinden, ist nicht mit Konkurrenz gleichzusetzen.
Es geht nicht um eine Audience, die man für sich gewinnen will. Es geht noch nicht mal um ein gleiches Thema, weil die Herangehensweisen und die weltanschaulichen Fragen ganz verschiedene sind.
Es ist auch kein Infighting, weil das hieße keine Pluralität denken zu können, sondern in Gruppenzwängen zu denken.
Gegnerschaft bedeutet: konfliktierende Standpunkte.
Nicht alle Tierrechtler sind gleich. Es gibt keine eine Theorie, die so ein komplexes Thema abdecken würde, und weltanschauliche Freiheit in Sachen Tierrechten ist nun mal automatisch im eigenen Menschenrechtsanspruch mit verbucht.

Being thematically opposed to a group/scene because of its viewpoints is not to be equated with competition.
It’s not about an audience that you want to win over. It’s not even about the same topic, because the approaches and worldview issues are completely different.
It’s also not infighting, because that would mean not being able to think in terms of plurality, but rather thinking in terms of group constraints.
Opposition means conflicting points of view.
Not all animal rights activists are the same. There is no one theory that would cover such a complex topic, and worldview freedom in matters of animal rights is automatically included in one’s own human rights standard.
